Our clinical mentoring and tutoring sessions are designed for individual physiotherapists or small groups of physiotherapists. These sessions will give physiotherapists the knowledge, understanding, insight and practical strategies to improve their professional and personal performance in the workplace, and progress their career in whatever area they choose.
Physiotherapy learning is ongoing after graduation. After a few years of working as a physiotherapist, it is not uncommon to recognise that some aspects of your practice may need upskilling or development. Or, you may have some indecision indecision about which career or employment path of physiotherapy in which to progress. Individual and small group mentoring and coaching provides an individualised, tailored way of addressing these needs without necessarily committing to formal, post graduate study. Furthermore, as these sessions are specific to your needs, learnings from weekend and professional development courses may be better retained and integrated into your practice.
