Jennifer is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over two decades of clinical experience. She has successfully completed her College of Physiotherapy Fellowship examinations in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Jennifer Callaghan has extensive industry experience as both a clinician and educator.
Education & Leadership
Jennifer is a recognised educator in the physiotherapy profession. She is a current teacher of Spinal Physiotherapy courses for the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She has significant experience in lecturing and clinical supervision of undergraduates, postgraduate physiotherapists, and has significant experience providing clinical coaching and mentoring to private practices and individuals. Jennifer is also an examiner for the Australian Physiotherapy Council. In 2023, Jennifer collaborated with a team of physiotherapists and Medibank Private to produce a video series on management of low back pain, which was Medibank’s most successful member engagement campaign (Low Back Pain - breaking down the myths; Get back in motion; Breathing for back pain).

Jennifer has maintained a private practice caseload for over twenty years. In addition, she has worked in advanced practice roles in, tertiary hospital emergency departments, and in neurosurgery and orthopaedic surgical screening clinics. She currently is the director of her own private practice in Camberwell, Victoria: Callaghan Physiotherapy.
Sport and High Performance Expertise
Jennifer has worked with musicians and performers from the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, New York Broadway Musicals (the Little Mermaid, the Lion King), and served as a board member for the Australian Society for Performing Arts Healthcare. In the sporting domain, Jennifer has worked for Tennis Australia, Tennis USA, Surfing Australia, and semi-professional soccer and AFL.

Tegan Skipworth is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist based in Melbourne, Australia. She has a comprehensive educational background, having completed both Human Movements and Physiotherapy Degrees. Her 11 year career has focused on functional recovery in the musculoskeletal and sports settings.

Katie Cleary is a Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist and the Founding Director of Ocean Kids Health, based in Victoria. With over 15 years of experience working exclusively in paediatric physiotherapy across community and private sectors, Katie has developed deep expertise in supporting children with a wide range of needs.

Katie is an active member of the Paediatric Working Group with the International Consortium on Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders. She regularly lectures to healthcare organisations, including the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), and presented at the 2025 International EDS Conference in Brisbane.

Adam Boyce is a legally qualified Mediator, Investigator, Senior Executive and Coach. He is currently the Deputy Ombudsman at the Public Transport Ombudsman (PTO) in Victoria.

Prior to the PTO, Adam was the Director of Student Life at La Trobe University where he managed a portfolio of service delivery and policy functions, including Student Complaints & Investigations, University Appeals, and General Misconduct.
In his coaching practice, Adam empowers students, professionals, and senior leaders to develop skills in managing interpersonal relationships, conflict resolution, employment transitions, and leadership. Adam is also experienced in coaching neurodivergent individuals in workplace and educative settings and developing administrative frameworks that support neurodivergent students and employees to succeed.

Adam currently serves as Deputy Ombudsman at the Public Transport Ombudsman (PTO) in Victoria, where he oversees the organisation's dispute resolution function.
Before joining the PTO, Adam was Director of Student Life at La Trobe University, managing a broad portfolio of service delivery and policy functions, including Student Complaints, Student Conduct & Investigations, Safer Community, University Appeals, Student Employability and Student Leadership.
He has also held legal and investigative positions at Victorian Equal Opportunity & Human Rights Commission (Vic), Office of the Information Commissioner (QLD), Commission for Children, Young People and Child Guardian (QLD), Department of Communities (QLD), and privately, as an independent investigator and mediator and consultant.
